Policies:
Full refund within 48 hours of your reservation, beyond which
there will be NO REFUNDS. Guests are responsible for the full
term of their reserved days Maid service is available at additional
charge. Towels and linens supplied but NOT serviced during your
stay. Each guest is responsible for their own supplies beyond
what is provided at check in. At check-out all dishes must be
washed and put away and all trash/food removed from the unit.
Guests will be charged for damaged or missing inventory. All visitors
must be reported to the office as additional charges may apply.
Late check out is HALF of the daily rate to 5pm and subject to
availability.
